The original covers for Weird Tales Magazine were frequently done by Margaret Brundage including all the ones that depicted Conan in his original appearances in that magazine.

Awesome covers, but also not comics.
I think there was a female inker on Conan in the past too but Marian might have been the first lady to fully illustrate Conan in comic form.
